Subject: Can’t Access “The Final Shape” Mission & Season Bounties Hello Bungie Support, I’m unable to start the final campaign mission “The Final Shape” on my [Platform: PS5/Xbox/PC] account. I have completed all prior campaign objectives, received the quest in my Quest log, and have the latest game update installed. Whenever I select the mission, nothing happens / I get stuck on loading. Additionally, I cannot pick up any Season Bounties from the Seasonal Vendor (Zavala / Orpheus Rig vendor). The bounties tab shows no available bounties despite being Season Rank X. I have already tried: • Verifying game files (on PC) • Clearing cache / Power Cycling my console • Logging out & back in • Checking time zone settings • Ensuring I meet all Rank & Quest prerequisites Please advise how to resolve these issues or if there’s a known server-side bug blocking me.
