Rite of the Nine and Prophecy Explorer Bugged
This weeks Rite of the Nine Weapon quest is bugged and won't complete, and I can't create Prophecy Dungeon groups on Explorer Difficulty. Even if I set it to Explorer at start of group formation, once the team goes to orbit it will be set to Normal and cannot be changed.
Why are you sabotaging us like this?

Same problem with the exotic weekly rotator (legend). Just back out completely to the directory and manually select it. If bungie fixes what you're talking about they better fix the exotic rotator one too.

Explorer has matchmaking that's probably why you're having issues. This weeks quest worked fine for me. Edit: this weeks quest didn't complete because you haven't completed it according to your game history. Sabotage?
