Is there any point in stashing exotic engrams and other materials (per usual) for ranking up? And what will the dismantle / exchange rate be like? If for example you grinded your -blam!- off for Nechrochasm and it's catalyst.....but the gun (a pinnacle crown jewel) turns into a garbage tier 3 equivalent weapon under the new system.....what will the dismantle be worth? As for exotic armor. Will it simply have added slot / stat values to build upon, or are these going from scratch? ....or will they simply remain unchanged? I can see all of our masterworked armor will be garbage very quickly. Will there be any dismantle rate change on the vault full we'll undoubtedly do away with if we continue to play?
