I'm a returning player. I am missing content that I definitely purchased and played through.
I played during Lightfall and ended up deleting the game after completing most of the content from that season. I redownloaded the game when The Final Shape came out and I was missing my stasis subclass on my titan, and strand subclasses on hunter and warlock. I also lost all aspects and fragments for the other subclasses on my titan. I purchased all the DLC up to The Final Shape and I'm not sure what happened to my content. If anyone could assist me with this I would really appreciate it, this has been a big bummer. I have photos showing I own the content and that it's missing from my characters.

2 RepliesYou would need to contact Steam concerning missing licenses, since you say you've never played anywhere except on Steam. It should be noted that some content had free-play days where you could play the DLCs without owning them for a short time, so, unfortunately, having had access to the content in the past isn't evidence that you should own it now.
