Dungeon keys
Hello.
First time here looking for answer.
I have a situation where i kinda returning player have bought older DLCs on the big sales. The topic is about Lightfall and Withc queen dlc dungeion key. Which first of all are not included in the dlc package! Recently though me and my gf (new player, also bought dlcs on sales) recieved notification that one dungeon key from each dungeon pack is available to play, which is cool, BUT the problem is that cheking the store where lays the dungeon key packs (why they are not in steam store in the first place?!?) the price HAS NOT changed. Still 2000 silver for allegedly 2 dungeons, but in reality only 1 because we recieved 1 for free. So...is this scam *insert butterfly guy meme*?
I tried writing a ticket to Bungie and that was their answer: "Unfortunately, our contact form and agents are not set up to investigate this issue."
Thanks for nothing i guess. I love this game its truly one of a kind for me, but the these dedicated packs for sale, for dungeons, holiday events, etc. is just abysmal.

3 RepliesEdited by viiTactiiCZz: 6/15/2025 11:45:43 AMThe F2P access during RotN to the normal versions of the dungeons (dungeon key version) has not been confirmed as intended (to my knowledge, Bungies last statement was the devs had it passed onto them), and with some players trying it recently hasn't been allowing them access until they bought the key. Ghosts and Spire (RotN versions) will be removed on July 15 when the event ends.

During this event, Spire of the Watcher (normally requires the Witch Queen dungeon key) and Ghosts of the Deep (similarly, from the Lightfall dungeon key) are only intended to be free to play [i]while they are featured during the event[/i]. Does that sound like what you saw? When the event ends (July 15th, with the launch of Edge of Fate) then those dungeons will become re-locked behind their respective keys. Which is why the price of the keys has not changed.

1 ReplyI don't really know how that works, so I'd suggest editing your post and using the 'Help' tag instead of 'Destiny 2' so it'll be brought to the attention of a mentor. Hopefully, they'll have an answer for you.
