I'm a returning player. I am missing content that I definitely purchased and played through.
I played during Lightfall and ended up deleting the game after completing most of the content from that season. I redownloaded the game when The Final Shape came out and I was missing my stasis subclass on my titan, and strand subclasses on hunter and warlock. I also lost all aspects and fragments for the other subclasses on my titan. I purchased all the DLC up to The Final Shape and I'm not sure what happened to my content. If anyone could assist me with this I would really appreciate it, this has been a big bummer. I have photos showing I own the content and that it's missing from my characters.

I've played and supported Destiny SINCE BETA, makes me genuinely sad that this is what I get in return. That was over 100+ hrs of earned loot that was taken. Bungie won't manually issue progression, for any refunds, speak to your platform(s). As for the rest: Your current Titans game history starts 23/09/2023, and doesn't have any Beyond Light stuff in its history - so you're either misremembering having Stasis or your Titan was deleted and remade (which doesn't automatically unlock Stasis) Your Hunter skipped a Lightfall mission, and as a result it won't have completed Lightfall, so it doesn't have Strand. Blame either yourself for not noticing or your fireteam member for starting the next mission. (You DNF'd Downfall, but then did On The Verge, which would grant absolutely zero progression on the quest) Your Warlock hasn't completed Lightfall campaign, so again it doesn't have Strand. 2 RepliesYou would need to contact Steam concerning missing licenses, since you say you've never played anywhere except on Steam. It should be noted that some content had free-play days where you could play the DLCs without owning them for a short time, so, unfortunately, having had access to the content in the past isn't evidence that you should own it now.

Still needing help if anyone could look into this. I definitely have hours logged during Beyond Light and Lightfall and I was definitely using those subclasses on this account on steam.
