Encryption bits still bugged 14/15
After a long long time i tried to go for the khvostov quest again as it was bugged at the beginning. Now ive done everything over(solo), al 6 cysts and region chest. 2 characters, and im still on 14 as 1 of the cysts is glitched.
Please bungie fix this..
