For the entirety of Final Shape, Drifter and Ikora have both had a notification like they wants to talk to me in the Tower, but when I go and look through every single menu, make sure all rewards are obtained, and I do it every season, nothing has changed. For the fun of it, I also double checked my Quest Archive and all my currently active quests too. Nothing appears to be out of the ordinary, but the notifications wont go away.
