As the title says, my friend chose not to play for the first 2 weeks of the event, missing Spire. They now cannot use the lift to take them up to the Ghosts chest even after completing a full run. Visually to the other that have an active lift, they player model repeatedly stutters and tries to fly upwards in a horrible mess, while my friend remains completly still and has no movement change.
