Hawkmoon's perk greyed out?
My Hawkmoon's got an opening shot, but the perk's disabled or something. On DIM it says I'm missing the right resources to apply the perk which makes no sense. I got no clue what happened here but it sucks since I farmed for one with opening shot when it came out
