Ive been locked into Rank 7 for what I feel is way to long due to not being able to claim a title. Ive been trying to attain any of the available titles but its taking a long time and a lot of the requisits for these titles are locked behind parts of the game I havent been able to access yet. Heavy Metal seemed like the light at the end of the tunnel though as far as a title is concerned so I did the grind and got the title. The title isn't counting towards the rank 8 triumph though. I had hoped to see this fixed after 2 weeks but it does not appear to have been. The Title is bugged, I couldnt claim the rank 11 reward in Heavy Metal, I spent the currency in the "store" and bought some Prism Shards but didnt get them. They took the currency, but did not give the items I bought. The daily missions went from 3 to 1 per day so I lost out on that while I was working towards the Title as well. With all the issues that this game mode has/had, Im not sure why it was even allowed to go live but it happened. I was told Bungie was aware of the issues and had hoped that maybe at least 1 of the bugs would be fixed after 2 weeks. I understand that no one at Bungie is concerned about my issues or time wasted on Heavy Metal. My question isn't if these specific bugs will be fixed or if I will or would have been able to have the Claimed Title applied to Rank 8. Im more curious if this is the norm? I dont expect to see the Title thing fixed, or compensation for the materials I bought with the 188 Heavy Metal coins, or even the rank 11 award. Im just hesitant to give anymore time to broken features in the game that charges me for dungeon keys.
