Void Leech:
Damaging Void debuffed targets that are Suppressed, Weakened, or Volatile charges this weapon. [Weapon Action] to swap weapon modes, improving damage, and causing weapon hits to apply the same Void debuffs that were leeched. Landing Void kills or causing damage with the weapon also gradually charges Void Leech in the order of Volatile, Weaken, then Suppression.
• Leeched Volatile applies Volatile Rounds for Void Leech's duration
• Increased Void Leech damage buff to 30/60/100% based on the number of buffs Leeched
• Uncharged Void Leech progresses on 0-100% counter, each hit grants 5% (15% per full burst) progress, Void kills grant 30%
Umbral Sustenance
This weapon's magazine is automatically reloaded when you gain Devour, a Void overshield, or become Invisible. Defeating Void debuffed targets or collecting a Void Breach also reloads the magazine.
Landing kills while Void Leech is active extends it's duration.
• Void Leech is extended by 2s for each kill landed while it is active
(Divinity)
Judgment:
Sustained damage envelops targets in a field that exhausts them, converts damage into precision hits, and increases the amount of damage they take. Divinity and other non-exotic Trace Rifles deal significantly increased damage to targets affected by Judgement. Strong against Overload champions
• Divinity and Legendary trace rifles deal (ridiculously high, ~%?) increased damage to targets within the Judgment cage
Penance:
Causing damage with this weapon gradually builds stacks of Bolt Charge. Damaging targets under the effects of Judgment will discharge Bolt Charge stacks.
Hits against targets with Bolt Charge detonations grants ammo to the weapon.
• Gain 3 Bolt Charge for every 1 consecutive second damaging an enemy affected by Judgment. (reach max stacks in 4 seconds of sustained damage)
• Causing damage to combatants with Bolt Charge refunds ±40 ammo

I agree something needs to be done for Collective Obligation. Should have been done back during WQ release just IMO. I've played a decent amount with it this season to see how viable it was with void builds on Warlock, specifically Nezarec's Sin build and its still not as viable as Graviton Lance. Again in my opinion something that has a focus on Leeching and void abilities/buffs/debuffs should be more effective for a build with that in mind.

I'd like to see catalysts. Collective obligation could give 1 void buff based on how many debuffs your carrying. 1 debuff give yous void overshield. 2 gives you void overshield + devour. 3 gives you the previous two plus invisibility while not in combat or if you have attacked or taken damage for a few seconds. Divinity would be nice with precision instrument + 4th time.

I like those buffs, they seems cool and balanced in a way... But I doubt bungie would do something like that, mainly because they tend to bring small QoL buff to exotics, not making them "good".
