12 weapons that originally were going to be released 1 at a time, leaving I think 2 weeks tops to grind the shiny versions of our desired weapons after that. Now we're stuck doing Spire for up to another 2 weeks if the remaining weapons are one at a time before we see Ghosts or Prophecy and the event ends like halfway through June? Did you guys learn nothing from getting backlash so severe that within the day you posted "we're increasing the weapon releases to 2 per week"? There's only so much a person can grind a dungeon before they lose interest. It certainly doesn't help when you say something that can VERY easily be interpreted the wrong way. What was it? Something a long the lines of "the dungeons will be on a weekly rotator one after the other"? Not one player interpreted that as "1 dungeon for 3 weeks or so, then the next dungeon for that long, then the next". Either stop lying to the community, because this can easily be interpreted as one, and this is one of those VERY few times I would agree that the customer is right, having worked in retail hell before. Or learn to be VERY specific in your choice of words so people who actually listen don't misunderstand you. Trust me, you'd be getting A LOT less flak right now had you said "each dungeon will be on a rotator of XX weeks at a time before the next one is featured". If anyone misunderstood that, that's 100% a customer problem. See? You guys should hire me at this point because I clearly know how to get the point across better then you do. And unlike you, I'd be posting important information on here as well because the only things that ever come on here are TWIDS and balance updates, everything else that's important like you clarifying the dungeon rotations are always on Twitter or other sites that have little to no business getting first.
