Fighting a team of 3 invis hunters is completely stupid and I think many would agree. invis doesn’t belong in this game but if it has to be here, it needs more drawbacks.
Not having radar is only a good start. Needs more. Maybe not able to switch weps. Maybe slower movement, something.

That paired with the audio cue, and it being generally easy to see (except on some parts of certain maps). I feel like the game gives players more than enough tools to deal with invis. It basically a stealth ability that actively gives itself away. Sure fighting multiple invis players is annoying but so is multiple of almost anything in this game. I feel like RDM giving back so much dodge energy per primary weapon kill is the main problem rather than invisibility itself. It basically returns a whole dodge charge back on a primary kill (and can even let you hold three charges two more dodge charges in reserve), which lets you spam vanishing step to an extreme degree. From my experiences fighting Invis, I rarely struggle to see/kill invisible players however what bothers me is they are able to spam it so frequently due to RDM that it just becomes frustrating to deal with. That’s just my view on it.
