Loaded into a comp match, as soon as I go black-screen: Error code Cabbage.
But no, they didn’t stop there. They hit me with a -110 comp rating, and a 30 minute suspension. For THEIR server issues. And then they blame it on ME, like it’s my fault their servers are dying.
This isn’t the first, roughly 60% of the activities I load into (Yes, even the HELM, a private space) end up error-coding me back to orbit instead.

Just wait until July 15th if you want to see a server implosion. Going to be several hours before people are even able to log on and will be weeks of fixing what they broke after that.

Dude, two weeks on the trot now I have been kicked out of nightfalls and dungeons. Not just kicked from the game, but my actual PS5, with the message " you have no internet connection", although my laptop is still running at over 1000 meg. I swear it's Bungie or Sony, or both, but what really hits a nerve is when they not only put the blame on us, but in your case, punish you too. This is totally unacceptable and we should get some kind of compensation from our internet subscriptions 🤬

Even Destiny 1 has right now issues with servers regularly. I feel like either Bungie keeps getting DDos Attacks or their rented servers are breathing out of the last hole.

Scumgie don't really have servers most connections are peer 2 peer the only really use servers for the social spaces and storing character data on

It's not just the error messages - which I've been lucky enough to avoid lately, it's the damn loading times. I don't know what's going on but it takes twice as long during the start up screens, as if their servers arent responding, and an eternity to load into an activity. The orbit times must have doubled.

We was running flawless DSC last night, 3 of us got cabbaged and managed to get back in, when we finished it wi the out a death only 3 got the triumph yet Charlemagne has posted the finished raid without deaths and full stats.

servers Might of been a better way to go then the marathon route . that game might interest new players a little but not if they jump to the mother ship destiny . they should just put marathon in to replace gambit mode. then could of charged half of what they are for the game mode,it would get more revenue from the destiny wallets.

Edited by Bell: 5/13/2025 3:48:39 AMI don't know it's just me or lately noticed a lot more lag, for instance: in Comp delayed shot registration, no hit registration at all ( direct miele hit, direct shotgun to the dome, fusion within one meter and spectral blades hit registration) also delayed damage, disengaged and in the cover and still somehow getting damaged, 6v6 basically unplayable, I didn't had any issues a few weeks ago, no issues with internet at all

The tiger engine is roughly 26 years old ! The spaghetti code is becoming harder to manage, but Bungie (as usual) is to stubborn too do much about it. As long as eververse is working, who cares ? The only bugs that get fixed fast are ones that benefit the players. D3 shouldve been on the horizon long ago.

For instance the cabbage error: you can search the forum and often than not it's a problem related to your router port forward firmware, a helper service on a specific destiny 2 suggested port is causing the miscommunication, even if the port is open, this is because often the router manufacturers following ISPs instructions, to whom they sell the routers in bulk for their retail clients, installs a specific modified firmwares. It's different from the firmware that you could find on the commercial type of the same model, it's different in a way that doesn't let you fully control the router functions. Hence you have to buy your personal router if you can , without the ISP firmware onboard, better if it's based on open source ones. Other error codes are dependent on your network infrastructure: - Wifi or lan cable - port forwarding - Type of ISP : dial up , adsl , satellite, mixed fiber optic ( fwa, fttc ) In the last instance you can address bungie old hybrid p2p decentralised approach to networking which is not gonna change.

It helps if you make a game of it - write down all of the Bungie error codes you can think of in a grid and then tick them off as they appear, like a game of Bingo. That's a much more enjoyable pursuit than playing the game itself right now...

Ever since the update there's been issues. Crazy how one week everything is fine and dandy then as soon as they add anything new. There's issues. Have no clue what's going on anymore.

Yeah the lag is -blam!- aswell no matter what game mode being run pvp pvp random error codes are running riot = app & dim are being impacted as well

Hitreg is non-existent. It's great matching input cheaters virtually every second match, when I'm the only one who takes flinch anymore.

The servers are working just fine. That's why they moved them over to Marathon.

This would be more like fix content before releasing it to the players. Heavy Metal lacks the full potential that tanks have over brigs. I am disappointed in how there is only one map for Heavy Metal. Also you get teammates that has never played tanks before. Plus I am curious how those on mouse and keyboard has such great success than those on controller.
