Heavy metal events, rank rewards enhancement, prism
Ran into an issue where I was maxed on enhancement prisms to collect rewards on the event rank seven so I deleted 25 enhancement prisms and it still will not let me collect reward. It says not enough space

It's not just on the event card that you can't collect Prisms. If I have even 1 prism in my inventory, I can't collect prisms from any vendor or my postmaster.

It's indeed bugged and if you actually claim it, that will lock you out from collecting more prisms.

1 ReplySame. Came here to post this. They somehow "forgot" to reference our "new" cap for prisms, that got raised a while back. Bet it is still working on the old cap.
