I’ve not seen Hierarchy of Needs drop from Spire on Explorer…yet. You can collect all the House of Devils recordings, and unlock the “Devil in the Details” Title Progress items for that but completing it solo on Explorer doesn’t trigger “The Magnificent One” solo complete item. Not sure why Bungie would gatekeep a mid-bow for primarily solo players, but honestly I would not put it past them. You’d think at this point, seeing the Seething Hellhole that is ‘The Community’ that they’d realize solo players do not and never will want to interact with the jackholes that equate their entire self-esteem to this game…but I guess not…
