If one is not available, while they are not given out on demand, at times, some are added to players' accounts. If you do have a Name Change Token available, and your name is not saving, we recommend trying another browser. If you continue to have issues, we have received some reports of any issue that is affecting players' ability to change their name, and we are investigating the underlying issue further.
