For those who dont know a writer is currently suing Bungie claiming they stole his book for Red War and Curse of Osiris. Bungie is currently having a difficult time defending themsevles due to the judge ruling past Wiki posts, Articles, and Youtube videos do not count as evidence and they would need actual live gameplay of Red War and Curse of Osiris, and because they cant produce the content metioned in said lawsuit its going to possibly proceed to trial and unless they actually bring everything back before that happens because this could result in them losing literal millions of dollars. This is honestly funny to me because this means all the content that got removed cpuld possibly be subject to another goofball looking to make a couple million could claim Bungie stole their book as well and Bungie would have ZERO evidence to back it considering it in the "Vault". If Bungie loses this lawsuit it will probaly fprce them to bring back all content and be forced to upgrade the D2 engine so it can actually withstand all the content.
