Elegant Arsenal Quests Not Progressing Foiled Again Triumph
I completed the Wilderflight and Long Arm Elegant Arsenal Quests for Rite of the Nine but the Foiled Again Triumph is only saying I have completed 1/9 instead of 2/9. I do not have any quests available from the Emissary, but can reach the chest on the first floating platform.
