Is there anything bungie will do for an account that got hacked at all
my account got hacked and sold recently I was wondering how I could gain full access to it again

No, the account is permanently bound and Bungie won't unlink it. The account has perpetual access to your Bungie.net account unless Epic does something about it (They've already rejected that based on previous posts). Bungie are staying firm on the no exceptions policy.
