I did not receive my instant rewards after placing my pre-order for year of prophecy collector edition
The title pretty much says it all. I checked the special delivery kiosk, and nothing was there. I checked the post office and nothing was there. I’ve seen YouTube videos of players using the new exotic sniper which I believed was supposed to be an instant unlock.
Help appreciate please

It should be possible to pick them up from the Special Deliveries kiosk in the Tower. If you are still not seeing the items in the Special Deliveries kiosk, then you may need to sign out and back into the game to prompt their appearance, or you must install the proper license by managing your game add-ons for your chosen platform.
