I want to upgrade year of prophecy pack to ultimate but cant
i bought standart year of prophecy pack and i want to upgrade do deluxe edition, but i play on epic games and they wont refund me. can someone help?

Hello there, Thank you very much for reaching out to us. I'm sorry to hear that you are having trouble with your pre-order. Until the DLC launches, there's no method to upgrade the pre-order to the Ultimate Edition. As such, you will need to speak further with Epic Games support for a refund, so that you can change to the edition you'd hoped to buy.
