I have been experiencing a concurrent WEASEL error that sends me to the title screen. Other times it sends me to desktop, crashing the game. This has been something that started just over a year ago around the time of when onslaught started. It became worse when Lightfall released. I had been getting it quite often, sometimes back-to-back off load up on character select. I just started playing again as of recently (I haven't played in about half a year now). I do not know what causes it as it does not happen at the same times, nor does the error appear at the same instances.
I have searched each error code help guide that you (Bungie Help) provides.

-This did nothing, I experience the same issue. I even repaired the files and the issue persists.

Wanted to include some other listed issues: I am the only one using my account, no one else can be logging in on it. There is no way the portion about being booted for someone else being banned is the reason as I have been booted on character select. It cannot be NAT related, this is partially included later. So this cannot be a CENTIPEDE error.
I do not experience any sort of connection issue in any other games that I have played that requires low ping and low latency. These other games are FPS games too: Overwatch, VALORANT, CS2. In the past, when I was experiencing this issue (for Destiny 2), my other games with a very high number of people in the lobby wouldn't cause crashes either.
I had made a previous post about this issue, on this forum, when I played last, but I don't know where to find it. This post probably goes more in-depth. One other thing, I have played Destiny 2 on my Xbox. I do not recall if this system experienced this issue as it has been years since I've used it. One other [i]other[/i] thing, I moved three times in the past year and I have had this same issue in every location. Each with different internet providers. I have come down to this is probably a hardware issue. What would the hardware issue even be?
