Didn't receive 1500 Nonary Manifold
My Consumables inventory was full when I visited the Emissary vendor and I did not receive the expected 1500 Nonary Manifold. There was no error message and nothing in the Postmaster. Visiting with alternate characters after clearing a spot in my Consumables didn't give them to me. How do I get them now?
