Hi there, Thanks for reaching out. If you believe you were unfairly banned, the way to go is to submit an appeal via our Contact Form. However, please note that there is no guarantee you will get a response, especially if your ban will be upheld. That seems to be the case for you. Additionally, ban appeals are not conducted on the forums. Since you've already submitted an appeal, you've done all you can. At this point, you can safely assume your ban will remain in place.

If you ban was in November and no answer was provided, which is typically the result, your ban is upheld and it's time to move on. Bungie doesn't comment on ban posts.

Hey there. Bungie will only reply if they intend to overturn the ban or need further information. While the ticket remaining open may look like it is being ignored, they just haven't been closing them after review, not sure on the reason why they do this, might be something to do with preventing spam from repeat appeals. Also, as you've mentioned, you know the ban reason. Bungie's standpoint is always that A) account security is our own responsibility, and B) they ban by account not by individual user. As unfair as that might sounds, Bungie isn't going to overturn a ban from a claim of 'it wasn't me, it was someone else'.
