Final Shape+Annual Pass bought on steam, yet account doesn't have Episode access

I purchased the Final Shape and Annual Pass while it was on sale the other day. I've been able to access Final Shape content, but I don't have the Season Pass or any episodes. While checking on the Cross Save page, it says I don't have any episode licenses. However, on Steam, I have the annual pass bought and downloaded. I got the instant access to the Tessellation exotic, and its associated ornament/catalyst, so clearly part of the annual pass was applied. Is there a way to fully apply the annual pass to my account? Attached is a link to a Youtube video showing proof of annual pass ownership/no licenses on my account.
