After the patch for explorer mode on Spire of the Watcher for Rites of the Nine, My quests are still bugged but in a different way now. It completed them both at the saem time and i got rewarded for the Wilderflight quest but not for the Long Arm quest. I checked in the quest terminal and its not anywhere to be found. I was also only granted 1 progress for the Foiled Again Triumph as well. Not sure if its another bug but i cannot pick up those same quests on my alternate characters either or is that intended?
