Bungie is aware that the Cruel Mercy does not have a master work (straight dismantle) and perks that don't align with the twid.. disappointingly so with no jolting feedback [b]When[/b]:: Joxer [similar heavy burst playlist pulse], IMO, is a success, beyond people's expectations... nothin nuts.. but still kinda interesting in both PVP and actually with more options in PVE I suggest [b]Then[/b]:: Copying the idea for Joxer (destab, demoralize, withering gaze..etc) of [u]giving Cruel Mercy> every single perk possible for its element (jolting feedback, rolling storm, voltshot and more)[/u] will make it pretty darn interestin to chase. Note: any additions to PVP usefullness will be appreciated (zen, MT, ElemCap..etc) but KA/LW + HS might be allright..
