Missing quests:
I am unable to pick up the Elegant Arsenal or Into the Dungeon quests from the Emissary in The Rite of the Nine space. I was able to pick up one quest and now there are no more to pick up or progress in my inventory or in the seasonal tab of the tower kiosk. Is this intentional?
