cross save issue
so i've just linked my pc steam account to my cross save but the characters haven't passed over from my ps.
i signed in with steam guard so i know its the correct account and i haven't changed anything with my cross save that i am aware of. I did open destiny before enabling cross save on steam but im not sure that does anything.
i already tripled checked all accounts but im not really sure what has gone wrong and some clarity would be greatly appreciated.
also i have thoroughly read the cross save help guide and still at a blockade of what i need to do. also when i do log onto the steam destiny account it comes up with the same id as when i log in on ps just the characters are not there.

Checking our system, we can confirm your Steam account is [b]not[/b] linked to your existing Cross Save setup, which explains why you're not seeing your PlayStation progress on Steam. You'll need to adjust your setup and link your Steam account in order for it to be eligible for Cross Save access. If, however, you're seeing the account as linked on your end, we recommend clearing your browser cache, and/or accessing your Cross Save setup via a different browser or incognito window. If the account is still showing as linked, then something has gone awry in the process, and you'll need to disable Cross Save and then enable it again after the cooldown in order to try again.
