I just came back to the game after starting a hiatus around the end of Echoes Act 2 and I'm attempting to play through all the episodes before the new DLC comes out. Unfortunately Act 3 of Echoes will not start for me. I've done the last Act 2 mission, watched the cutscene, heard Saint-14's awesome little speech and now... nothing. Talking to Failsafe doesn't start any new quest. There's no seasonal quests in my quest archive. Is it because the episode is over? Can you only pick up new quests for the current episode? If so then that is very disappointing.
