Missing Quests from Emissary
I currently do not have access to these various quests: "First Watch" , "Into the Dungeon: Spire of the Watcher" , or any of the "Elegant Arsenal" quests, therefore I cannot progress any of the new content or triumphs from Rite of the Nine.
Can anybody help with this issue? I wanted to make a support ticket but I don't think the issue matches the criteria needed for any of the support tickets listed.

Hello there, Thanks for reaching out. We understand you're having trouble accessing some new quests. This does seem strange to us. If you haven't yet done so, could you check the Seasonal section of the quest kiosk in the Tower, and see if the quests are available for pickup there? Please let us know if you locate them. We'll then review.
