Void Titan Banner Shield issue
Banner shield does not generate orbs of power when blocking, triggers one orb on cast than no more while blocking. Been using it for years I know what it’s supposed to do, bugged currently.
Both show just one orb triggered, when that amount of damage would spawn 10+ orbs
