I watched the entire Twitch Reveal stream to get the Theoxenia Destiny 2 emblem drop, however there was a pinned message mid stream announcing people had to refresh and start the stream over because the drop was started late. Because of this several people myself included only got 53% or 80% etc of the drop completed, even though we watched the full stream reveal. Is there anyway the emblem could be unlocked on my account , as I stayed very late that day deliberately just to get this emblem as I really liked the look of it, and I collect emblems. Please see image to see where my drop percentage stopped at. When I look on Twitch now the drop says it can no longer be collected. Really wanted this emblem and am upset at how poorly this mistake is being handled, there has been 0 communication from Bungie etc regarding an apology for this drop not working. And I know many had the same issues as I did, they were all talking about it in the Twitch chat, I could not talk there as the stream was set to SUBSCRIBERS only, also very unfair as it meant we had no form of communication. I would like a proper response and solution as this was NOT my fault.

 • Hi there, Thanks for reaching out! To confirm if you successfully earned the Twitch Drop, locate your "Redeem Code" page in your Bungie.net account and then click on "Partner Rewards." Your Twitch Drops will appear on this page. Any Twitch Drop that is an emblem will show up in your Destiny 2 Collections under Flair>Emblems>General if your platform account is connected to your Bugnie.net account. If you're unable to locate the Twitch Drop: Click the "Refresh" button at the top of the page beside "Missing Twitch Rewards" and the page will update with any Twitch items you've earned. If the Twitch Drop doesn't appear, log in to Twitch's website and view your Drops Inventory to see all the Drops you've earned. Click on the "Claim" button on any Destiny 2 Drops that have that option below them, go back to your Partner Rewards area, and click the "Refresh" button to get the Drop to appear. Unearned Destiny 2 Twitch Drops will not appear on this page. If the Drop still doesn't appear, you may need to connect or reconnect your Twitch profile to your Bungie.net account and follow the above steps.
