unable to leave clan as the only member

I'm stuck on an old clan i made where im unable to leave/disband the clan despite being the only member as far as i can see everywhere, there are no other players in the clan, and when i try to leave/disband through bungie.net, it says i dont have the necessary permission to do so

Create a dummy acct and join clan. Promote that acct to admin then founder. Leave clan with main acct.
