Blistering Dominance Stealth Nerf ?
When Acquiring the "Blistering Dominance" Buff from the Path of Ambition Sigil Stone consumable, it used to give a stackable 100% Dmg Increase for 13 Seconds.
Now it only gives the 13-Second Buff but seemingly no Increase in Damage.
Is this on Purpose?
If it was, Why was it not mentioned in the Patch Notes?
