I never thought I’d post something like this but here I am. I have played Destiny since its birth. Since the Destiny 1 Alpha. The full game came out the year after I graduated high school and I was a freshman in college. I wasn’t the type of person to go out and party I stayed in and played Destiny. Every night. Sometimes much longer than I probably should have. I met my first guardians about 2 days after the Vault of Glass raid dropped and we beat it I think the first or second week. I have played with those guys since then. Some have left, some rarely play and some don’t play at all anymore. We’re all older now. I’m 30 and most of my buddies are at least 3-5 years older than me. Unfortunately a lot of my friends aren’t as loyal to the game as myself. I don’t think I’ve ever taken a break. Sure I play tons of other games but I always sign in on Tuesday’s and I always make sure to complete the titles in the game. I have I think around 50 titles. It’s not all of them but I’m proud of what I’ve been able to do pretty much by myself as my friends have left. Anyway, I’m curious if anyone else is like me? I have a wife and kid but I typically play everyday. (Wife and I have a good thing going on lol). I play after my son goes to sleep so around 8:30 central time to around 12am every night. I need some other people like me to play with. I miss talking about the lore and I miss being hyped up over the game. Most of my friends kind of hate on the game now. I am tired of LFG. I just want some dedicated people to play with when new stuff comes out. And I want them to be at a pretty high skill level like myself. ( sorry for not being humble lol) So I hate asking this but does anyone need an extra guardian? I’d love to play with some other passionate Destiny players. Destiny is so special to me. I’m sure this post is cringe to some but cant hate me for trying lol. Edit: I should probably also add that I play on xbox and id like to play with other xbox players preferably as i hate using discord and would rather use xbox party chat. Sorry if thats a dealbreaker im just old fashioned I guess.
