I think this explore version of the dungeons are a great way to get people into the best content in the game. This plus the future testing area for damage should improve the lower skill player base and lfg in general. I look forward to seeing the results if things go like I expect. I'm glad to have been a part of the old system where I had to put forth the extra effort and have my claims of being an OG of sorts, but I shouldn't have had to. Games should explain themselves. Destiny (and apparently Marathon) are the only games I've played that give no direction at all. I'm happy to see this finally being addressed.

Now explore mode raids And for everyone who would be against that, imagine how much better lfg raids would be if people actually knew the mechanics because they practiced them in a less stressful guided environment beforehand -
I tried solo, got halfway through & logged off, got bored. Finding & shooting nodes got boring very fast & it was taking forever. I might try again in the matchmade one but right now I can't even face turning the game on

I think it's a good addition for what it is. I'd be very uhhhhh easyon the idea that this gets people to participate in the actual dungeons though.

Couldn't agree more. I've done a fair amount of dungeon grinding, but my two teammates (my sons) are alpha gamers so in a lot of cases they just run off and do all the objectives leaving me to be add clear. I love the fact I can just solo learn the mechanics of the Spire dungeon without making a team run take too much time.
