Bought Items Are Not Accessible
I bought the destiny 2 light and darkness saga bundle. As I was accessing the content, it didn't give me the destiny 2 final shape key dungeon and season pass for act 1, 2, 3 for heresy. That is all i can see from my end it probably didn't give me everything from the final shape annual pass edition including episode 1 echoes and episode 2 revenant. Bungie account: Haidar52#9880. What it looks like has happened is that you launched D2 on Steam after purchasing it, but before activating cross-save and selecting Xbox as your active profile which resulted in the passes being applied to the now dormant Steam destiny account - API shows them on your dormant Steam [url=https://crimson.report/4611686018551800166/4611686018430014006]here[/url] Head to: https://help.bungie.net/hc/en-us/articles/360049497351-Contact-Form-Missing-Eververse-Item-or-Add-On-Items At the bottom use 'submit request' and provide details on the form. Bungie will the look into it during business hours.
