First Watch & Elegant Arsenal: Long Arm Quests Incomplete
I just finished doing Spire of the Watcher solo on Explorer, it tracked me completing the first two encounters but did not track the defeat of Persys, Primordial Ruin, thus being unable to progress in both quests.

Have the same problem ran it with a friend on both explore mode and ultimate mode and neither progressed the final quest step. Assuming this is bugged. @Bungiehelp this need fixed asap. It’s game breaking and makes the content pointless.
