"Into the Dungeon" and "First Watch" quests not showing up
Where do I get these quests from? The NPC in the Rite of the Nine only has the elegant arsenal quests for me. To get the title you need to complete "Into the Dungeon: Spire of the Watcher" but that quest is nowhere to be found. Would love some insight to see if this an issue others are having as well.
