“Into the dungeon” quest.
It says this is required for the eternal title. Where do I get this quest? It’s not at the rite of the nine vendor.

Same here, no npc has this quest for me. Think it has to do with the unaccessibility problem at start. For a new dungeon you normally get such a quest to access the activity. Bungies "fix" for the unaccessibility maybe just was to remove this quest from the vendor
