Help needed!

I’m a rank 4 and to get to rank 5 I need to complete a vanguard ops and commend my teammates, but I can’t match make or post for a fire team until rank 5 so I’m stumped, anyone dealt with this before?

Hey there, why can't you matchmake? Just launch a standard Vanguard Ops mission from the destination node, and it will auto match you with team mates.
