Why even bother..
Apparently I was being considered for ranking & I jus got rekt over & over..
Why should mid to low level players even bother to try?
U wonder why the pool is shrinking when it essentially jus feeds us to higher skilled players?
There is zero chance of actually learning maps or lanes when some ape jus appears with a shotty or lanes with a god roll..
Why would we even bother to be slaughtered over & over for zero movement in any regard?
Is it any wonder it's become such a mess of sweats & hardcore, yet you lock catalyst behind participation of this misery of a game mode?
This is why your player pool is shrinking.. then THOSE players cry cos there's no one to farm..
There's a place for your catalyst.. and I can't say it cos you'll censor it in case someone gets offended by a word..
I don't even know why I bother to post, cos it won't get seen.. all it will do is get a load of 'gut gid' posts from sweaty idiots who live in a dying playlist...

a compromise I would say between Bungie's need to funnel population into the mode and folks being destroyed would be giving them 1 match like this: Acclimation match (just 1 match.. more would be better but..) - it would be like adding a fish to a new aquarium, you plop it in with its bag, you gotta keep'em separated® from the established fish and you begin mixing the water... 2 ways I would do this in PVP: 1. Ultimate - you put the "new fish" in the match with both DR resistance and maybe doing less damage.. they get a "new driver" tag license plate... anyway that approach can be messed with and then they are released. 2. Bots - you give "new fish" 1 escalating bot fishy mode. I haven;t seen any real tricky AI in this game that could come close to player level difficulty but you could get several new fish together. Yes more matches would be better.. but also one stipulation is nothing is earned in these matches... to get the fish into the pool after this... one would hope the game could establish some level of balance.. but ultimately all fish have to realize there is always a bigger fish... and its ok to lose while you learn
