Completed Dryadic Perfection, guess what, 2 other players received their 6th fragment, I did not. Why???

6th fragment? if you've completed the Dyadic Perfection quest it means you picked up the 6th fragment (all 6 are in the same sunless cell strike). Do you mean the 5th intrinsic?
