Bakris Damage Against Frozen Targets
Please bring it back for PvE! It was my favorite part of the helmet, turned Stasis Hunter into an anti-champ machine. I miss it dearly.

While they’re at it, give bakris the increased cooldown like threaded spectre and ensnaring slam and remove that stupid no recharge while shift is up -
Agreed. The Multi-Surge Exotics have been......lackluster to say the least.
