It's potentially 3 things... Could be one, could be all 3... 1. The Community Event 2. Banes challenge 3. Server Migration... this last one is speculation, but it kinda' feels like that. The entire process usually takes around 2 weeks, while you put the old servers into 'safe' mode... Because I'm rarely getting kicked and there seems to be some bandwidth throttling happening specifically for the website. Most of my issues right now are with Bungie.net. It doesn't seem busy enough to warrant these disruptions... especially during low-peak server traffic times, like late at night and early mornings. What I'm saying... is I'm having the same issues no matter the traffic. That says 'bandwidth' throttling to me... That looks like server migration to me.
