I've tried everything from uninstalling to making a new person in order to see if it would allow me to play ranked but nothing worked. Every time I go into the ranked playlist for crucible it wont allow me to play and just says to talk to lord Shaxx. I tried that, but nothing new has popped up or happened. I can play anything and everything else, other then ranked. Is this a bug or do I have to own the game for a certain amount of time in order to play ranked? I did just buy it.
