Hi there. There are a couple options you can choose from, including buying only the DLCs you want, but overall there is one bundle that will give you all DLCs. Some things to note first: The Beyond Light and Shadowkeep campaigns are open to all players. Packs sold for these DLCs include all exclusive activities beyond their respective campaigns, such as access to raids. D2 Light & Darkness Collection • The Final Shape + Annual Pass Upgrade (the most recent DLC) • Lightfall Standard Edition* • The Witch Queen Standard Edition* • 30th Anniversary Pack • Beyond Light Pack • Shadowkeep Pack • Forsaken Pack *Does not include dungeon keys for Lightfall and Witch Queen dungeons. Those are sold separately. In terms of playing content in order, you'd start with the base game's introduction quest, "New Light", and go from the bottom of the list above to the top. There are also guides out there that recommend the order you can do things as a new player. As for when to decide to buy, you could certainly wait until Tuesday's reveal stream, which is revealing the next expansion for D2 that kicks off an all new saga. That expansion won't come out for another month and a half.
